Shipping

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Once shipped you'll receive a tracking link by email.

Good to know

• Delivery estimates start from the ship date, not the order date.
• Shipping to remote areas may cost extra.
• Prices don't include import duties or local taxes, which may be collected on arrival.
• Items from one order may occasionally ship separately.
• Korea orders: please provide your Personal Customs Code (PCC) and name in Korean, with a matching phone number.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If it isn't quite right, we offer store credit or an exchange on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. We don't issue refunds to the original payment method.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags and the hygienic liner intact.
• Swimwear with a missing or torn hygiene seal can't be returned.
• Final sale items (discounted 50% or more), accessories, and free gifts aren't eligible.
• Returns are accepted for sizing, incorrect items, or manufacturing defects.
• Customers cover return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@janjiswim.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a short note on the issue.
2. If an item arrived damaged or incorrect, attach a photo or short video.
3. Once approved we'll send return instructions. Please don't ship anything back to the address on your label.

Store credit

• Once we receive and inspect the return, store credit is issued by email within 14 business days.
• Store credit can be used on any future Janji Swim order and doesn't expire.
• Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
